  • For a downed, touching, or nearby line, keep clear and contact OPPD first.
  • For a hanging limb, split, tipped tree, root movement, lodged wood, or uncertain tension without an active emergency, use the Hazard Assessment before cleanup planning.

Separate the destination before the cleanup
